Years before delving into the world of commercial photography, the only outlet I had with which I could share with the world my thoughts, findings, and travels were through a blog, and I blogged almost everyday. But in recent years, I've found to have cared less about putting the time into something like that, and purely focus my energy into day-to-day work.
Now we have faster ways to communicate to larger audiences through applications such as Instagram and Facebook but there is a lack of personality through those mediums of communication. Perhaps it is the trade off we need to deal with in exchange for a more to-the-point way of reaching audiences.
With that being said, I'd like to use the Studio as an outlet to slow down, elaborate, and breath some life and personality into what we do at Studio Periphery and everything between.
